Fight For Their Rights
Wendy and Murphy
OUR PURPOSE
Gday from Australia!
My name is Wendy and the beautiful creature that sits by my side goes by the name of Murphy. Murphy has been my inspiration in starting on this journey of trying to make a difference for him and the many who suffer at the hands of us, the Human Species.
I have always been an animal lover as far back as I can recall, I couldnt begin to tell you how many varieties of wonderful creatures have shared my home. They have come in all shapes and sizes, furred, feathered and finned, all having some impact on my heart.
But NEVER has one made such an impression as my beautiful Rottie boy Murphy. He is my life force, he is the one who helps me make it through each day, he is the one who forgives me everytime I stuff up and even helps me get up again, dust myself off and move forward. He always has time for me, always prepared to give me a cuddle or act like the clown to make me laugh. Just one wag of a tail lets me know so much without having to hear words. His eyes reach right into my soul, the look to assure me that it doesnt matter what I look like, what Im wearing, whether Im angry or sad, happy or just quiet, that look that says to me, "Its okay, Im here and I love You!"
Its because of all these things and more that cannot be put in words that this beautiful dog has inspired me so much more to try and help others that have No voice with which to protest.
Even if only to increase awareness or help people to realize that even though an animal may not be able to communicate as we do it does not mean that they feel any less than we, that they are emotionless beings, this is far from the truth and far from many peoples understanding. They are not a belonging, something material that can be thrown away when we no longer want it, something we can treat with no respect or compassion.
The Human race has taken their rights, their homes, their value and even worse their lives, all for the right to become the DOMINANT species. And always in cruel and abusive ways with no respect or thought for the living, breathing being they want to control.
There will often be images or stories here that are definitely not pretty or fluffed up, they will be raw and unsettling and hopefully will play on your conscience. This is the only way to bring about change and the Human Species is in definite need of change in regards to its obnoxious belief that they are better and more worthy than any other species that shares this planet with us.
It is time for the ignorance to come to a halt!
